“When I called to book the service I loved speaking with a person who listened to what I needed (Anne-Maree). It was great that the service could be provided so promptly. I was impressed that someone called to double check my requirements before sending the service personnel (customer required an extension ladder. We called this morning to double check how high and what it was needed for). This avoided their coming and then discovering that they didn’t have what was needed to do the job. Everything, from meeting Paul, to clarifying details with Olivia and Anne Marie in the office and finally the installation team themselves, was both professional and friendly.

The job went like clockwork. The boys arrived right on schedule and worked like Trojans – could have been Chris cracking that whip I guess. Jim, the Sparky was a godsend and nothing was too much trouble for him. He managed to carry out all of my extra little jobs without fanfare whilst keeping pace with the other lads. Young Michael was angelic to look at and he quietly and diligently carried out all of Chris’s instructions. They finished right on time and didn’t leave a thing out of place. We actually were sorry to see them leave…..well….that was until we came back inside the house on this cold day, to find the house purring quietly, bathed in a warmth that to this minute is absolutely comforting.
